    \nWith your industry-specific knowledge and our expertise in recruitment, we create a tailor-made requirement profile together.<\/li>\n
  2. Candidate search<\/b>
    \nWe are constantly meeting interesting candidates to replenish our already large and broad network of contacts, which makes it easier for us to find the right candidates for you. At the same time as we search in our own channels, we advertise on our website, in social media and other advertising portals for a wider selection. <\/li>\n
  3. Selection process<\/b>
    \nWe have competency-based interviews with selected candidates. Together with you, we select the people you want to meet. <\/li>\n
  4. Candidate presentation <\/b>
    \nWe introduce our candidates and are happy to support you during your interviews with them. We then take care of reference checking. background check and carry out any personality tests. <\/li>\n
