Recruitment of forklift drivers of all classes

We offer forklift drivers with experience and forklift licences for e.g. order picking forklifts, articulated stacking forklifts, reach forklifts, smaller counterbalance forklifts and clamp trucks for indoor terminals to larger counterbalanced forklifts in outdoor environments.

Warehouse worker with experience of warehouse management systems

We offer qualified staff with experience of working in different warehouse management systems, which usually means that our consultants get started and become productive very quickly. For example, if they have experience with a system from before, it is usually relatively easy to learn a similar system.

Warehouse managers and other warehouse officers

In addition to the staff who handle the actual flow of goods through the warehouse, we also appoint officials such as warehouse managers and other staff for various planning and management functions such as responsible for incoming or outgoing deliveries, responsible for complaints and various shift leader functions.

Accurate needs analysis

To ensure that we really understand the type of warehouse operations involved, we always conduct a thorough needs analysis. Recruitment to a warehouse should of course be done with the same professionalism as in other positions. Someone who works well on layer A does not automatically work as well on layer B.

For example, in large niche warehouses, there is often a greater focus on employee productivity, which in practice can mean a high level of picked order lines with a minimal number of errors. In a smaller warehouse, the same person may have to handle the flow of goods all the way from container unloading, registration in the warehouse management system and then the entire process to delivery. Here, there can also be a greater focus on the candidate functioning well socially with the rest of the work group.

Receptionists

A receptionist’s task is usually mainly to take care of incoming calls via switchboard and connect to the right department. The work can also include keeping public areas and conference rooms tidy, setting the table and unseating before and after meetings, light catering, handling mail and couriers and being helpful to colleagues in the office in various ways.

Office administrators / Back office

We offer office administrators and back office staff. The tasks here can also be about taking care of incoming calls to the company. Here, telephone experience and previous experience in office administration can be a typical requirement. Typical tasks for an office administrator can be administration of leasing and rental contracts, handling supplier invoices and travel expenses, office purchases, acting as an internal contact person for pensions and being responsible for the company’s cars and telephony. In addition, it may include acting as support with various administrative tasks. Our office administrators usually have good knowledge of and many years of experience of working in Microsoft Office.
