Jobzone is the personal, committed and local staffing and recruitment company. Our vision is to be the best employer in the industry and our goal is to create success for individuals and organizations. Our 50 offices in Sweden and Norway are run by committed self-employed people in the local market.

Jobzone Sweden – business model and future vision

Jobzone works systematically according to the business model “Sustainable Staffing and Recruitment” This means that the company works strictly to secure all processes that create a successful staffing solution. To further strengthen the offer in the market, it has been clearly communicated internally that Jobzone will be the industry’s best employer. This goal requires a very high standard in everything that relates to how the company works towards the existing employees. The high quality among the employees combined with the low staff turnover is a confirmation of Jobzone’s successful ambitions. In 2013, our expansion began according to the model that Jobzone AS had very successfully implemented in Norway. The model is based on an expansion via local self-employed people who run the business in a large number of strategic locations around the country.

History of Jobzone / Adaptus

Adaptus Bemanning AB was founded in 2002 with a business focused on logistics, distribution, production and contracting. The business grew rapidly and in 2007 Adaptus became an authorized staffing company and the same year Adaptus receives the first Gazelle, which has since been followed by three more Gazelles. In March 2012, Jobzone AS became an equal partner in the Swedish Adaptus Group and the parent company Adaptus Scandinavia changed its name to Jobzone Sverige AB.
