The difference between different types of employment
At Jobzone, we offer many different types of assignments and career opportunities. Whether you are looking for your dream job that is the highlight of your career, or if you are just looking to supplement your income during your studies, we have something attractive to offer you. Below you can read more about the different types of employment you will find with us
Employees at Jobzone
As an employee at Jobzone, you are employed by us but work for one of our client companies. You sign an employment contract with us at Jobzone, so we are your employer and are responsible for, for example, salary payment and the management of social security contributions. Often there is a desire for you to perform such a position as long as the regular staff is on leave or on sick leave, or in some cases while recruitment is ongoing for a vacant position. It is not at all uncommon for our customers to hire our employees, which for you may mean that a temporary position can be transferred to employment with the customer company.
We help you and make sure that you get the best possible conditions at your new workplace. We follow along during the first day and make sure that you are properly schooled and get into the tasks. In addition, you will be part of a nice team with a strong sense of community with us at Jobzone.
Getting Recruited
Being recruited means that we at Jobzone, on behalf of a company, are responsible for the recruitment process for a particular position and that the company hires you.
A recruitment process means that we take responsibility for everything, from job advertising and selection to presenting the final candidates to the client. After that, it is the customer himself who makes the final decision on who to hire. If you are selected, you will be hired directly by our customer.
Work part-time alongside your studies
For those who are studying, a part-time consulting assignment may be a good fit; partly to give you much-needed work experience, and partly to expand your student fund. As a part-time employee, you get the opportunity to try out different industries and work areas and thus a chance to make valuable contacts for your continued career.
We also offer summer jobs in many different industries. Keep your eyes open during the spring as we help many of our customers find replacement staff for the holiday season. We also hold recruitment meetings at our respective local offices.
We provide services that extend over both long and short periods. There is also the opportunity to work evenings, weekends and even night shifts.
